Description
The 2007 GMC Yukon is a large, truck-based SUV with good acceleration and impressive braking. The Yukon can tow up to 8,500 pounds, which makes it a capable hauler for the family. It can handle a camper, boat or other large trailer without any problem. This is thanks to several useful features that make it easier to maneuver a trailer. Among these is Hill Start Assist, which holds the brakes for you when starting on slopes. There's also Trailer Sway Control, which uses StabiliTrak sensors to detect swaying motion and help you navigate back to a straight path. GM's Flex Fuel version of the Yukon can run on 85-percent ethanol (E85) as well as gasoline. A 5.3L V8 is standard with cylinder deactivation and GM's Active Fuel Management system that can automatically drop down to three or even one cylinder under light loads.
